Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase from The Silk Edit. If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to accept returns under the following conditions.

Eligibility

  • You have 28 days from the date of delivery to request a return
  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received and in their original packaging

How to Return

  1. Email us at info@thesilkedit.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will confirm your return request within 2 business days
  3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging and send it to The Silk Edit, Swanton Court Farm, Cheeseman's Green Lane, Ashford, Kent TN24 0LL
  4. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using Royal Mail tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit (Please note Evri do not deliver to our address)

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items returned without original packaging 
  • Items returned outside the 28-day window

Your Statutory Rights Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
